All employees are eligible for week offs in a week that would be 1st and 3rd Week Day along with all the Sundays in a month. The Leaves Policy has been altered from the financial year (Month YYYY- Month YYYY). The change is hereby that from now rather than getting 1 PL every month you would get 12 PL accumulated together from the beginning. That means you can take 12 Paid Leaves any time whenever required but it should be a Planned leave with prior inform of minimum 3 days.


Holidays are observed on a paid basis for all eligible employees. The company observes the following holidays:

• New Year (Respective Date)

• Makar Sankranti (Respective Date)

• Holi (Respective Date)

• Eid (Respective Date)

• Raksha Bandhan (Respective Date)

• Bakra Eid (Respective Date)

• Dussehra (Maha Navami (Respective Date)

• Muharram (Respective Date)

• Diwali (Respective Date’s)
